The 29th of September, Dictator Ship´s second album “Electric Jihad” will be unleashed into the world. We want to celebrate this the only right way with a release party. Therefore Friday the 13th of October ”Electric Jihad” will be unleashed upon YOU! Join us at Kollektivet Livet Bar & Scen and receive a first hand experience of the groove from the other side of town!

DICTATOR SHIP

A frenetic rock'n'roll quartet channeling their inner obsession of 60’s soul and doo-wop, inspired by early giants such as Sam & Dave, Sly & The Family Stone, Jackie Wilson and The Platters. Their live act is often described as a combination of the raging sound of The Sonics, the discontent attitude of MC5 and the pure stamina of Elvis Presley in Las Vegas.

LUKAS HÄGER

Guitarist from Uppsala who has played in acclaimed bands such as Reveal!, No Future, Obnoxious Youth and P3 Guld-nominated Gravmaskin. You will be subjected to a mixture of rock, blues, classical and improvisation with a persistent dark undertone. His debut album as a solo artist will be released in September 2023.

SHADY LADY & THE MALEFACTOR

Punk band based in Stockholm. Inspired by, among others, DEVO, Bikini Kill and Sparks, the music is fast paced with unexpected notes and unschooled explosive vocals who do not apologize. This evening they will celebrate the release of new single ”See Matilda Waltz”.
